Finally !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally got back into my blog. I have been trying since July but they would not let me in. Found out the problem, they were trying to sign me in with the wrong email address, dah. So I fixed that and update the blog for January, although it is still December (thought I would get ahead of myself, LOL).
Anyway, all is right with the world again.

Summer ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't believe its summer already. Now all we need is summer weather, lol.
We've had a busy week in the Burke Family this week. Brother Johnny and Annie Jack were home for a visit. Sadly, they are leaving tomorrow. They probably won't be back for at least two years. Today we had a family BBQ to celebrate his visit. I will post some pictures tomorrow, but in the meantime, check out the pictures on Facebook.

April Memorials-list is updated every month. I have been keeping track of the people who pass away in our surrounding communities since 2004 and every year, sadly, that list gets longer and longer.
2014 Memorials-so far this year, 15 people in our communities have passed away. There may be more, the list is not perfect.

Paperback Books 2014-(2) - as you can see, this year my book lists (2 of them) are very small. Just getting back into reading again. This is a list of books I have read this year or in the process of reading. Right now, I am ready 2 books. The Outlander is almost finished (Book 1) and I started reading The Songcatcher (mainly because I wanted to read while my IPad charged)
